Welcome to Sky Topper Consultants (“STC,” or “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with STC, you (“student,” “client,” or “user”) agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
STC offers educational consultancy services, including:
- Study abroad counseling for MBBS programs
- University and country selection
- Application and documentation assistance
- Visa processing support
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Scholarship and financial guidance
- Pre-departure and post-arrival support
- Career and post-graduation counseling
We act as an intermediary between students and educational institutions abroad, and our services are advisory in nature.
2. Student Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
- Adhere to deadlines shared by STC and respective universities or authorities
- Pay all required fees for application, processing, and other services as communicated in writing
- Follow legal requirements for visa applications, travel, and foreign residence
3. Service Fees & Payment
- All consultancy and processing fees will be communicated in advance and are subject to change based on services rendered.
- Fees are generally non-refundable once services are initiated unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
- Third-party costs (university fees, visa fees, etc.) are borne by the student
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refund is applicable if the student withdraws after application submission or fails to obtain admission or visa due to misinformation or non-compliance on their part.
5. Admission & Visa Disclaimer
While STC strives to maximize your chances of admission and visa approval: :
- Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the university or institution.
- Visa issuance is the sole authority of the respective country’s embassy or immigration department.
- We do not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, or visa approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
STC is not liable for:
- University decisions or changes in admission criteria , or fee structures.
- Delays or denials by embassies, immigration authorities, or universities.
- Loss or damage arising from incorrect documentation provided by the student.
- External factors such as political unrest, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- We maintain strict confidentiality of your information
- Data is collected and used only for the purposes of service delivery and as required by partner institutions or authorities.

8. Code of Conduct
Clients must interact respectfully with our staff. Abusive language, threats, or harassment may lead to service termination without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, materials, and tools provided by STC remain our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
